Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup French dressing or orange juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the chicken in a casserole dish and season lightly.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top.
  5. Drizzle with French dressing or orange juice.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45–55 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
