- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup French dressing or orange juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the chicken in a casserole dish and season lightly.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top.
- Drizzle with French dressing or orange juice.
