Baked Potato Stacks
A simple and delicious baked side dish made with thinly sliced potatoes, layered and roasted until golden, crispy on the edges, and tender inside.
Ingredients
- 4–5 potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
- Salt and black pepper
- Optional: garlic powder or herbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tray.
In a bowl, mix the potato slices with melted butter or oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasoning.
Stack the potato slices neatly into each muffin cup, layering them evenly.
Sprinkle cheese between layers or on top if desired.
Bake for 35–45 minutes until the edges are crispy and golden and the center is tender.
Serving
Carefully remove the stacks and serve warm as a side dish with meat, chicken, or on their own.
