Creamy Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles

A rich and comforting slow cooker meal made with tender beef chunks, soft noodles, and a creamy savory sauce. Perfect for cold days when you want something warm and filling with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 500g beef chunks (stew meat)
  • 2 cups dry noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Place the raw beef chunks into the slow cooker.

Add the dry noodles on one side or on top of the beef.

In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour this creamy mixture evenly over the beef and noodles.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the beef is tender and the noodles are soft.

Stir gently before serving to combine all the flavors.

Serving

Serve hot as a hearty main dish. You can add a sprinkle of parsley or extra black pepper on top.
