Ingredients
- 500g beef chunks (stew meat)
- 2 cups dry noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Place the raw beef chunks into the slow cooker.
Add the dry noodles on one side or on top of the beef.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour this creamy mixture evenly over the beef and noodles.
Cover and cook on low for 6ā7 hours or on high for 3ā4 hours until the beef is tender and the noodles are soft.
Stir gently before serving to combine all the flavors.
