Slow Cooker Golden Mushroom Beef Roast

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg (3 lb) beef roast
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.

Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms around the roast.

Season the meat with salt and black pepper.

Pour the golden mushroom soup evenly over the roast.
