Slow Cooker Meatballs & Pasta
A simple and comforting one-pot meal made with tender meatballs, soft pasta, and rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g meatballs (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups dry pasta
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup water or broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions
Place the meatballs in the slow cooker. Add the dry pasta on top. Pour the marinara sauce and water over everything, making sure the pasta is covered. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours. Stir once or twice if possible. Cook until the pasta is tender and the sauce is thick.
Add cheese on top in the last few minutes and let it melt before serving.
Serving
Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
