βThese are my most popular bars β I make at least 500 every Christmas! Simple, sweet, and unbelievably addictive.β
π Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips (or 500g white chocolate)
- 2 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
- 2 cups mixed gummy candies, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
π₯ Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (20-second intervals, stirring between each).
- Stir in the butter/coconut oil until smooth and glossy.
- Add vanilla extract if using.
- Fold in the chopped gummy candies.
- Pour mixture into the lined tray and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 1β2 hours or until completely set.
- Cut into small squares or bars and enjoy!
