Sweet & Savory Slow Cooker Pork Roast
My sister begs me to make this for family gatherings. It is sweet, savory, and uses only 4 ingredients. The pork turns out unbelievably tender with a rich glaze everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 3–4 lb pork roast
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 can chicken broth
Instructions
- Place pork roast into the slow cooker.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the roast.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top.
- Pour chicken broth around the sides.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Spoon sauce over the roast before serving.
- Slice or shred the pork and enjoy warm.

Tip: Broil the roast for 3–5 minutes after slow cooking for a caramelized glaze.
