Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 sausages
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place sausages in the slow cooker.
  2. Add butter on top.
  3. Add minced garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  6. Sprinkle parsley before serving.

Important Tips:

  • You can brown sausages before cooking for extra flavor.
  • Do not add too much liquid.
  • Use fresh garlic for best taste.
  • Stir halfway if possible.

  • Serve with mashed potatoes
  • Serve with bread
  • Add a side of vegetables
