Grandma’s Fried Potatoes & Onions
Ingredients:
- 4–5 potatoes (sliced)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper
- Parsley (optional)
- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oil or butter in a pan.
- Add sliced potatoes and cook on medium heat.
- Stir occasionally until they start to turn golden.
- Add onions and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until everything is soft and crispy.
- Sprinkle parsley and cheese before serving.
Important Tips:

- Use butter + oil mix for richer taste.
