Grandma’s Fried Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 potatoes (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Grated cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan.
  2. Add sliced potatoes and cook on medium heat.
  3. Stir occasionally until they start to turn golden.
  4. Add onions and garlic.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until everything is soft and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle parsley and cheese before serving.
