Slow Cooker Corned Beef & Cabbage
A classic hearty meal, perfect for cozy family dinners with rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 corned beef brisket (with seasoning packet)
- 1 small head cabbage (shredded)
- 3–4 potatoes (chopped)
- 3 carrots (cut into chunks)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups water or broth
Instructions
- Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in the slow cooker.
- Put the corned beef brisket on top.
- Sprinkle seasoning packet over the meat.
- Add water or broth.
- Top with shredded cabbage.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Slice meat and serve with vegetables.
