Slow Cooker Corned Beef & Cabbage

A classic hearty meal, perfect for cozy family dinners with rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 corned beef brisket (with seasoning packet)
  • 1 small head cabbage (shredded)
  • 3–4 potatoes (chopped)
  • 3 carrots (cut into chunks)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups water or broth

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in the slow cooker.
  2. Put the corned beef brisket on top.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning packet over the meat.
  4. Add water or broth.
  5. Top with shredded cabbage.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  7. Slice meat and serve with vegetables.

Tip

Add mustard or a splash of vinegar for extra flavor 🌟
