Amish Chicken & Carrots Bake

A simple 4-ingredient dinner that’s juicy, flavorful, and perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 3–4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 packet dry ranch or Italian seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place chicken and carrots in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over everything.
  4. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes until chicken is tender.
  7. Serve hot with the juices.
