Amish Chicken & Carrots Bake
A simple 4-ingredient dinner that’s juicy, flavorful, and perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 3–4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 packet dry ranch or Italian seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place chicken and carrots in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over everything.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Serve hot with the juices.
