Hawaiian Pulled Pork (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Instructions:

  1. Place the pork shoulder into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the pineapple juice evenly over the meat.
  3. Add the BBQ sauce on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  5. Once tender, shred the meat using two forks.
  6. Mix the shredded pork with the juices before serving.

Important Tips:

  • Do not open the lid frequently while cooking (it slows cooking time).
  • Use pork shoulder for best tenderness (avoid lean cuts).
  • If the sauce is too thin, cook uncovered for 20–30 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust BBQ sauce depending on sweetness.
