Hawaiian Pulled Pork
Hawaiian Pulled Pork (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
- 3–4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Place the pork shoulder into the slow cooker.
- Pour the pineapple juice evenly over the meat.
- Add the BBQ sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Once tender, shred the meat using two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with the juices before serving.
Important Tips:
- Do not open the lid frequently while cooking (it slows cooking time).
- Use pork shoulder for best tenderness (avoid lean cuts).
- If the sauce is too thin, cook uncovered for 20–30 minutes.
- Taste and adjust BBQ sauce depending on sweetness.
