Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Noodles
This creamy, cheesy pasta casserole is pure comfort food. Tender egg noodles are coated in a rich Alfredo-style sauce and topped with plenty of melted mozzarella for the ultimate cheesy bite. It’s an easy slow cooker dish that’s perfect for family dinners and potlucks.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 oz wide egg noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, until hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- For a golden cheese topping, place the slow cooker insert under the broiler for 2–3 minutes if it’s oven-safe.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
