Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Noodles

This creamy, cheesy pasta casserole is pure comfort food. Tender egg noodles are coated in a rich Alfredo-style sauce and topped with plenty of melted mozzarella for the ultimate cheesy bite. It’s an easy slow cooker dish that’s perfect for family dinners and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 12 oz wide egg noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Cover with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, until hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. For a golden cheese topping, place the slow cooker insert under the broiler for 2–3 minutes if it’s oven-safe.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
