Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Pie Cobbler
This rich and comforting dessert comes together with just a handful of pantry staples. Frozen pie crust pieces bake into soft, buttery bites while creamy peanut butter melts into a luscious filling. Topped with chocolate chips, it’s an irresistible slow cooker treat that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the pie crust pieces evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the pie crust pieces.
- Spoon the creamy peanut butter evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips across the mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2½–3 hours, or until the pie crust is cooked through and the filling is bubbly.
- Turn off the slow cooker and let the dessert rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm on its own or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
