Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Pie Cobbler

This rich and comforting dessert comes together with just a handful of pantry staples. Frozen pie crust pieces bake into soft, buttery bites while creamy peanut butter melts into a luscious filling. Topped with chocolate chips, it’s an irresistible slow cooker treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Spread the pie crust pieces evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the pie crust pieces.
  4. Spoon the creamy peanut butter evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips across the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 2½–3 hours, or until the pie crust is cooked through and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Turn off the slow cooker and let the dessert rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm on its own or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
