Honey Garlic Ribs
Ingredients:
- 4 pounds pork spareribs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the ribs into individual portions. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, white vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Whisk until the sugar and honey are fully dissolved, then stir in the baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture and transfer them to a foil-lined baking sheet, arranging them meat side up. Drizzle additional sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven, rotating the ribs every 20 minutes, for a total of 1 hour.
