Farmhouse Ham, Green Beans & Potatoes

A simple old-fashioned slow cooker dinner made with tender ham, green beans, and potatoes simmered together until perfectly comforting and flavorful. Just like grandma used to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs smoked ham, cubed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes and green beans to the slow cooker.
  2. Place cubed ham on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over everything.
  4. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Serve hot with warm bread or cornbread.
Serving Tip: Add a little butter before serving for an extra rich farmhouse flavor.
