Farmhouse Ham, Green Beans & Potatoes
A simple old-fashioned slow cooker dinner made with tender ham, green beans, and potatoes simmered together until perfectly comforting and flavorful. Just like grandma used to make.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs smoked ham, cubed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 3 cups chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add potatoes and green beans to the slow cooker.
- Place cubed ham on top.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6ā7 hours or HIGH for 3ā4 hours.
- Serve hot with warm bread or cornbread.
Serving Tip: Add a little butter before serving for an extra rich farmhouse flavor.
