This creamy Cheeseburger Pasta is an easy one-pot dinner packed with seasoned ground beef, tender rotini, and a rich, cheesy sauce. Made with simple pantry ingredients, it’s the kind of comforting meal the whole family requests again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Cook the rotini according to the package directions until just al dente. Drain.
  3. In the same skillet, combine the beef broth, milk, cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and butter.
  4. Stir until the sauce is smooth and begins to simmer.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef and rotini, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until completely melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and extra cheesy.
