Creamy Cheeseburger Pasta
This creamy Cheeseburger Pasta is an easy one-pot dinner packed with seasoned ground beef, tender rotini, and a rich, cheesy sauce. Made with simple pantry ingredients, it’s the kind of comforting meal the whole family requests again and again.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Cook the rotini according to the package directions until just al dente. Drain.
- In the same skillet, combine the beef broth, milk, cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and butter.
- Stir until the sauce is smooth and begins to simmer.
- Add the cooked ground beef and rotini, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until completely melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately while hot and extra cheesy.
