Buttery Baked Parmesan Pasta
This easy baked pasta casserole is made with simple pantry ingredients and delivers incredible flavor with very little effort. Butter coats the pasta while garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella create a rich, cheesy bake that’s perfect as a main dish or hearty side.
Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine, cooked al dente
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the melted butter until evenly coated.
- Mix together the heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and gently toss to coat.
- Spread the pasta evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
