Slow Cooker Tender Beef

Slow Cooker Tender Beef (4 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 – 2 lbs beef chunks or ribs
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup broth or water

Instructions:

  1. Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef pieces on top.
  3. Pour BBQ sauce over the meat.
  4. Add broth or water.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  6. Do not open the lid while cooking.
  7. Once done, the meat should be very tender and easy to shred.
  8. Spoon the sauce over the meat before serving.

Important Tips:

  • Use cuts with some fat for best tenderness.
  • If sauce is too thin, cook uncovered 20 minutes.
  • Add garlic or spices for extra flavor (optional).
  • Let meat rest a few minutes before serving.

  • Serve with rice
  • Serve with mashed potatoes
  • Use in sandwiches
