Slow Cooker Tender Beef (4 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 – 2 lbs beef chunks or ribs
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup broth or water
Instructions:
- Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the beef pieces on top.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the meat.
- Add broth or water.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Do not open the lid while cooking.
- Once done, the meat should be very tender and easy to shred.
- Spoon the sauce over the meat before serving.
Important Tips:
- Use cuts with some fat for best tenderness.
- If sauce is too thin, cook uncovered 20 minutes.
- Add garlic or spices for extra flavor (optional).
- Let meat rest a few minutes before serving.
