Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Tender

Ingredients
- 700g (1.5 lbs) beef (petite tender or roast)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the beef into the slow cooker and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, and beef broth until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef.
Cover and cook on low for 7ā8 hours or on high for 4ā5 hours until the beef is tender and easy to shred.
Optional: shred the beef slightly and mix it with the sauce before serving.
