Roasted Cabbage with Garlic Butter & Bacon
A simple yet incredibly flavorful side dish made with tender roasted cabbage topped with a rich garlic-butter and crispy bacon mixture. It’s easy, budget-friendly, and surprisingly delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage, cut into thick slices
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped bacon.
Spoon the mixture evenly over each cabbage slice.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cabbage is tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
