Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin
Tender, juicy pork tenderloin coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic Dijon glaze with fresh herbs. Roasted until perfectly caramelized, this simple recipe delivers restaurant-quality flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 2½ lbs / 1.1 kg total)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a roasting pan and place the pork tenderloins inside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and whole-grain mustard.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the pork, turning to coat all sides.
- Roast uncovered for 25–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Halfway through cooking, spoon the pan juices over the pork.
- Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and drizzle with the remaining pan sauce before serving.
Optional Additions
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Baby potatoes and carrots roasted alongside the pork
- Fresh parsley for garnish
