📝 Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or 500g white chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
  • 2 cups mixed gummy candies, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (20-second intervals, stirring between each).
  3. Stir in the butter/coconut oil until smooth and glossy.
  4. Add vanilla extract if using.
  5. Fold in the chopped gummy candies.
  6. Pour mixture into the lined tray and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until completely set.
  8. Cut into small squares or bars and enjoy!
