Golden, glossy two-ingredient lemon bars cut into squares
Bright, tangy, and unbelievably easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food or yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and lemon pie filling until smooth.
  3. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden and the edges are set.
  5. Cool completely before slicing into squares. Optional: dust with powdered sugar.
Tips: Fold in 1–2 tsp lemon zest for extra brightness. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator and enjoy chilled.
