This festive jam is bursting with the sweet-tart flavors of cranberries and strawberries — a perfect holiday gift or breakfast treat! Easy to make and incredibly delicious, it’s sure to become a seasonal favorite.
🧾 Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh cranberries
 - 4 cups strawberries, hulled
 - 4 cups granulated sugar
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Prepare the fruit: Rinse cranberries and strawberries. Hull and roughly chop the strawberries.
 - Cook: In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
 - Simmer: Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves and the fruit softens.
 - Thicken: Continue to simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture thickens and reaches jam-like consistency.
 - Test: Place a small spoonful on a chilled plate — if it gels slightly, it’s ready.
 - Jar it up: Pour hot jam into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and let cool completely.
