Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400Ā°F (200Ā°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Assemble the Pastries:
