Soft Christmas Cookies 🎄🍪
Ingredients:
- 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Add dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Divide, wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough, cut shapes, and place on lined sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
