🍖 Slow Cooker Pot Roast

📝 Ingredients
- 3–4 lbs beef chuck roast
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
🔥 Directions
- Season the beef roast generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Place carrots, potatoes, and onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Set the seared roast on top of the vegetables.
- Add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until roast is tender.
- Shred or slice the beef and serve with the vegetables and broth.
