Revitalizing Beet and Lemon Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 kale leaves
 - 3 carrots, cleaned and peeled
 - 2 red apples, chopped
 - 1 beetroot, cleaned and peeled
 - 1 lemon, peeled
 - 1-inch slice of fresh ginger (approximately 2.5 cm)
 
Note: For optimal health benefits, always choose organic fruits and vegetables.
Preparation:
- Start by pouring one or two cups of water into your blender.
 - Add all the prepared ingredients to the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
 - Strain the mixture through a sieve to extract the juice, discarding the pulp.
 - Stir the juice thoroughly for an even consistency.
 - For an extra refreshing touch, serve your juice with a few ice cubes.
 - Store any leftover juice in a glass jar and refrigerate to preserve freshness.
 
Important Precautions:
- If you suffer from ulcers, heartburn, or have a citrus allergy, avoid consuming lemon as it may aggravate your condition.
 - Lemon consumption is not recommended if you are on antacids or taking medication for blood pressure or heart conditions.
 - If you are on blood thinners or have kidney issues, it’s advisable to avoid beets due to potential health risks.
