🧾 Ingredients
🧀 For the Brie Cubes
- 200g brie cheese (cut into 4–5 cm cubes)
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
 - ½ cup crushed pistachios
 - 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
🍯 For the Glaze & Garnish
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
 - ¼ cup fresh or dried cranberries
 - 1 tbsp butter
 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
 - Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
 
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare coating: In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, pistachios, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
 - Coat the brie: Dip each brie cube in the beaten egg, then roll it in the pistachio-breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
 - Fry or bake:
- To fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each cube for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
 - To bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp and melty.
 
 - Make the glaze: In a small pan, heat honey, butter, and cranberries for 2–3 minutes until glossy. Add lemon juice if desired.
 - Assemble: Drizzle the warm glaze over the crispy brie bites and top with fresh rosemary.
 - Serve: Enjoy warm as an appetizer or holiday treat.
