- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
