 - 2 eggs
 - ½ cup milk
 - ½ cup water
 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
 - ¼ teaspoon salt

Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs, whisking them together until blended.
 - Gradually add the milk and water, stirring until the mixture is well combined.
 - Mix in the salt and melted butter, beating until you achieve a smooth batter.
 - Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion to ensure even coverage.
 - Cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until the bottom is a light golden brown. Gently loosen the pancake with a spatula, flip it over, and cook the other side until browned.
