Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and poultry seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk. Set aside.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip them into the egg mixture, and return to the flour mixture, ensuring a thorough coating.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, turning to brown all sides.
- Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
