- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked & crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash β optional but recommended)

- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet until fully browned; drain excess grease.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place sausage and shredded cheese in the center.
- Wrap dough around filling and pinch closed.
- Place seam-side down in a greased muffin tin.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake 15β18 minutes until golden brown.
