📝 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups medium pasta shells
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
🔥 Directions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Add the cooked pasta shells and stir until fully coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
