Soft Christmas Cookies 🎄🍪

Ingredients:

  • 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Add dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Divide, wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Roll dough, cut shapes, and place on lined sheet.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
