🧾 Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles (lo mein, fettuccine, or rice noodles)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste or Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the sauce: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, chili paste, sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar. Stir well to combine.
- Combine: Toss in the cooked noodles. Mix until fully coated in sauce. Add cornstarch slurry if you prefer a thicker sauce.
