Savory Zucchini Cheese Bake
A soft, cheesy baked dish made with zucchini and simple ingredients — perfect for dinner or a light meal.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis (grated)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Squeeze excess water from grated zucchini.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, and olive oil.
- Add zucchini, cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Tip
Add garlic or herbs like parsley for extra flavor.
