Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cups milk or cream
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add potatoes and broth to a pot or slow cooker.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in corn and milk.
- Simmer gently until thick and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
