These clusters are the perfect mix of sweet, salty, crunchy, and creamy β and they come together in minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 cups pretzel pieces
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional but delicious)
- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20β30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, pretzel pieces, pecans, and crushed crackers until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet.
- Let clusters cool at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
Tips
