- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples (do not overmix).
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar for the topping and sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
