π Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1ΒΎ cups sugar
- ΒΎ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Β½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup hot coffee or hot water
π§ Cream Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- Β½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
π« Chocolate Topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Β½ cup heavy cream
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a cake pan.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil and mix well.
- Slowly stir in hot coffee or water.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 35β40 minutes.
- Cool completely, then slice cake horizontally.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream.
- Spread cream between layers.
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips to make ganache.
- Drizzle over cake, chill, and serve.
