Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
- ½ cup Reese’s Pieces candy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips, chopped Reese’s cups, and Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop (or roll into balls) and place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Centers should look slightly soft — they’ll firm up as they cool.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tip: For extra decadence, drizzle melted chocolate or peanut butter over the cooled cookies before serving.
