Prep Time: 15 min  |  Cook Time: 10–12 min  |  Servings: About 24 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • ½ cup Reese’s Pieces candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the peanut butter chips, chopped Reese’s cups, and Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop (or roll into balls) and place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Centers should look slightly soft — they’ll firm up as they cool.
  8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tip: For extra decadence, drizzle melted chocolate or peanut butter over the cooled cookies before serving.
