🍍 Sweet & Sour Meatballs (Crockpot)

Rich, saucy, and full of flavor — your house will smell incredible while this cooks!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs frozen or homemade meatballs
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (with juice)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

  1. Place meatballs into the crockpot.
  2. Add pineapple chunks with juice.
  3. In a bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
  4. Pour sauce over meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. If you prefer thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir in during the last 30 minutes.

Serve with: Rice, noodles, or as a party appetizer.
