Sweet & Sour Meatballs (Crockpot)

🍍 Sweet & Sour Meatballs (Crockpot)
Rich, saucy, and full of flavor — your house will smell incredible while this cooks!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen or homemade meatballs
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (with juice)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions:
- Place meatballs into the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks with juice.
- In a bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- If you prefer thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir in during the last 30 minutes.
Serve with: Rice, noodles, or as a party appetizer.
