My nana brought two trays of this to the party last week, and they were gone in minutesβthey didnβt stand a chance! This Strawberry Pineapple Delight is creamy, fruity, and refreshingly sweet, layered with whipped topping, juicy fruit, and crunchy bits on top. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or any celebration! π
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1Β½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- Β½ cup crushed graham crackers or granola
- ΒΌ cup caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
