This creamy strawberry fluff is light, airy, and irresistibly sweet β a perfect no-bake treat! With its pink mousse-like texture and whipped cream topping, itβs as beautiful as it is delicious.
π§Ύ Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
- Fresh strawberries for garnish

- In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well, then let cool to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the cooled gelatin mixture and milk until creamy.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Spoon into dessert cups or jars and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and a fresh strawberry before serving.
