A rich, hearty pasta bake inspired by a popular steakhouse favorite.
Loaded with seasoned ground beef, tender pasta, savory tomato sauce, sweet corn,
and a generous layer of melted cheese — just like the restaurant version everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or egg noodles)
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce or marinara
  • 1/2 cup canned corn (optional but recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes to build flavor.
  7. Mix cooked pasta into the beef sauce.
  8. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  9. Top evenly with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
