Spicy Honey-Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry 🍤🌶️

A bold, quick, and delicious weeknight stir-fry packed with sweet heat and fresh veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and cornstarch slurry.
  2. Sear shrimp 2–3 minutes per side and remove.
  3. Stir-fry broccoli, onion, and bell pepper until tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
  5. Return shrimp, pour sauce, and cook until thick and glossy.

Serve over rice or noodles. Total Time: 25 min — Servings: 3–4
