🧾 Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (lo mein, fettuccine, or rice noodles)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste or Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the beef: In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Make the sauce: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, chili paste, sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar. Stir well to combine.
  5. Combine: Toss in the cooked noodles. Mix until fully coated in sauce. Add cornstarch slurry if you prefer a thicker sauce.
