Sopita de Chile Verde con Queso

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 lb ground beef or sausage
- 1 cup chile verde sauce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown the meat in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add chile verde, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked macaroni and cheese.
- Cook until creamy, warm, and well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
