Sopita de Chile Verde con Queso

“Oh my, this was so delicious! My family and I enjoyed this so much and
will be making it for many more dinners to come.”

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1/2 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 1 cup chile verde sauce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Brown the meat in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  • Add chile verde, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked macaroni and cheese.
  • Cook until creamy, warm, and well combined.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
